1 αλληλουια εξομολογεισθε τω κυριω οτι αγαθος οτι εις τον αιωνα το ελεος αυτου
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endures for ever.
2 ειπατω δη οικος ισραηλ οτι αγαθος οτι εις τον αιωνα το ελεος αυτου
Let Israel now say, that his mercy endures for ever.
3 ειπατω δη οικος ααρων οτι αγαθος οτι εις τον αιωνα το ελεος αυτου
Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endures for ever.
4 ειπατωσαν δη παντες οι φοβουμενοι τον κυριον οτι αγαθος οτι εις τον αιωνα το ελεος αυτου
Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endures for ever.
5 εν θλιψει επεκαλεσαμην τον κυριον και επηκουσεν μου εις πλατυσμον
I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.
6 κυριος εμοι βοηθος ου φοβηθησομαι τι ποιησει μοι ανθρωπος
The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
7 κυριος εμοι βοηθος καγω εποψομαι τους εχθρους μου
The LORD takes my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
8 αγαθον πεποιθεναι επι κυριον η πεποιθεναι επ ανθρωπον
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
9 αγαθον ελπιζειν επι κυριον η ελπιζειν επ αρχοντας
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.
10 παντα τα εθνη εκυκλωσαν με και τω ονοματι κυριου ημυναμην αυτους
All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.
11 κυκλωσαντες εκυκλωσαν με και τω ονοματι κυριου ημυναμην αυτους
They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.
12 εκυκλωσαν με ωσει μελισσαι κηριον και εξεκαυθησαν ωσει πυρ εν ακανθαις και τω ονοματι κυριου ημυναμην αυτους
They compassed me about like bees: they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.
13 ωσθεις ανετραπην του πεσειν και ο κυριος αντελαβετο μου
You have thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.
14 ισχυς μου και υμνησις μου ο κυριος και εγενετο μοι εις σωτηριαν
The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
15 φωνη αγαλλιασεως και σωτηριας εν σκηναις δικαιων δεξια κυριου εποιησεν δυναμιν
The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
16 δεξια κυριου υψωσεν με δεξια κυριου εποιησεν δυναμιν
The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
17 ουκ αποθανουμαι αλλα ζησομαι και εκδιηγησομαι τα εργα κυριου
I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
18 παιδευων επαιδευσεν με ο κυριος και τω θανατω ου παρεδωκεν με
The LORD has chastened me sore: but he has not given me over unto death.
19 ανοιξατε μοι πυλας δικαιοσυνης εισελθων εν αυταις εξομολογησομαι τω κυριω
Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:
20 αυτη η πυλη του κυριου δικαιοι εισελευσονται εν αυτη
This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.
21 εξομολογησομαι σοι οτι επηκουσας μου και εγενου μοι εις σωτηριαν
I will praise you: for you have heard me, and are become my salvation.
22 λιθον ον απεδοκιμασαν οι οικοδομουντες ουτος εγενηθη εις κεφαλην γωνιας
The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
23 παρα κυριου εγενετο αυτη και εστιν θαυμαστη εν οφθαλμοις ημων
This is the LORD's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
24 αυτη η ημερα ην εποιησεν ο κυριος αγαλλιασωμεθα και ευφρανθωμεν εν αυτη
This is the day which the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 ω κυριε σωσον δη ω κυριε ευοδωσον δη
Save now, I plead to you, O LORD: O LORD, I plead to you, send now prosperity.
26 ευλογημενος ο ερχομενος εν ονοματι κυριου ευλογηκαμεν υμας εξ οικου κυριου
Blessed be he that comes in the name of the LORD: we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
27 θεος κυριος και επεφανεν ημιν συστησασθε εορτην εν τοις πυκαζουσιν εως των κερατων του θυσιαστηριου
God is the LORD, which has showed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.
28 θεος μου ει συ και εξομολογησομαι σοι θεος μου ει συ και υψωσω σε εξομολογησομαι σοι οτι επηκουσας μου και εγενου μοι εις σωτηριαν
You are my God, and I will praise you: you are my God, I will exalt you.
29 εξομολογεισθε τω κυριω οτι αγαθος οτι εις τον αιωνα το ελεος αυτου
O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endures for ever.
